The Construction Lead is an integral part of the construction team and carries out processes as outlined by our internal architectural and design team.
The ideal candidate will possess construction experience as well as supervisory experience and be able to speak confidently, Professionally, is knowledgeable, and courteously with clients on a job site and in the shop Duties & Responsibilities Lead shop of 6 - 10 workers in all processes of manufacturing Train new hires on all processes related to their job responsibilities Be able to travel periodically to install attractions to learn product Be able to lead crews of 2-4 people executing the installation of the attraction on location for our clients domestically as well as internationally Possess the ability to read blueprints Have an understanding of common trades such as framing, cabinetry, & fabrication Be able to communicate effectively with clients on a job site as well as work in tandem with the Project Management team back at the office.
Motivate team to accomplish goals and deadlines per job Software Microsoft word/excel Keys to success Is hardworking in a fast-paced environment Meets deadlines laid out by project management Possesses both verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management Is cost-conscious Extremely organized Has the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Demonstrates logical reasoning and thoughtful insights when it comes to problem-solving Qualification Requirements Highly organized Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years in production/cabinetry environment A Valid drivers license Be able to travel out of country (on occasion) Must be able to travel domestically and internationally (will need passport this can be obtained after taking the job) Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years managing crews Pay and Benefits Starting hourly (based on experience) Job Type:
