At the Walt Disney World, the job of the Marketing Analytics & Insights (MAI) team is to make marketing performance data come to life so we can better reach and inspire consumers to vacation with us.
As a Marketing Insights Analyst, you will help connect the dots between consumer behavioral and attitudinal data.
Along the way, the team reveals insights and makes recommendations that helps make Disney's marketing communications work harder.

Responsibilities:
You will join a team whose mission is to enhance Walt Disney World's marketing effectiveness.
Much of your time will be spent evaluating paid, owned and earned media efforts that span multiple digital and offline media channels.
By marrying these media insights with indicators gleaned from primary consumer research and website behavior, you will help land on key insights and make recommendations to improve marketing performance.
Partnership skills are a must since we integrate across teams that lead marketing strategy, consumer engagement, creative development, consumer insight and web analytic efforts.

Qualifications:
Experience in media analytics, business planning or similar roleAnalytical and technical problem solving skills, including knowledge of statisticsDemonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated proficiency in analytic software applications such as Tableau, Excel, R, SQL, Python and SASDemonstrated experience in analyzing data from multiple sourcesDemonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to ask questions to gain understanding, partner with others and deal with differing points of viewAbility to collaborate in a team environment and with a variety of stakeholdersCreative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tacticallyDemonstrated attention to detail, commitment to continuous improvement and focus on excellence in work product deliveryAbility to work well in a fast-paced business environment and display professionalism and confidence in challenging situationsAbility to approach work with high energy and a results-oriented mindsetAbility to identify and handle issues proactively and decisively with limited direction and oversight while also communicating consistently to executive leadershipRequired EducationBachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with preferred concentration in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Mining, or similar fieldSalary:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
