Summary:
Consumer Insights, Measurement, & Analytics (CIMA) is a team within Disney Parks, Experiences and Products (DPEP) that is focused on inspiring consumer-centric, data-driven, high return decision making that leverages insights and relevant data at the core of every business decision.
This role within CIMA will coordinate efforts to influence marketing and media spend to help achieve attendance goals and an optimal return on investment.
This position will report to the Sr.
Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insights.
Responsibilities:
You will join a team whose mission is to provide recommendations on media spend across Disney's domestic properties.
Much of your time will be spent evaluating paid, owned and earned media efforts that span multiple digital and offline media channels.
By marrying these media insights with indicators gleaned from primary consumer research, website behavior, and business drivers, you will help make recommendations to support marketing's impact on driving Guests to the Walt Disney World Resort.
Partnership skills are a must as we integrate across teams that lead marketing strategy, consumer engagement, creative development, and consumer insight efforts.
You will follow the latest trends in media measurement and work with partners that build media mix models.
You will continue to evolve the standardization and adoption of best practices, build new tools, guide scenario planning using return on investment insights, and identify important indicators of media performance such as cost per booking, media decays, total and marginal Return on investment, and media spend.
You will identify opportunities for value-added analysis while framing recommendations for leadership.
You will have relationship skills, the ability to put together the right story, and experience developing analytic tools.
You will partner across the organization with Marketing & Sales Strategy, Customer Engagement, Advanced Analytics, Online/Digital Analytics, Pricing, Forecasting, Finance, and others.
Basic
Qualifications:
Minimum four (4) years' experience in analytics, business planning or similar roleDemonstrated advanced proficiency in software applications such as Excel, Tableau and SASAbility to ask questions to gain understanding, partner with others, and deal with differing points of viewCreative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and act tacticallyAbility to identify and handle issues decisively while also communicating to executive leadershipPreferred
Qualifications:
Experience working with digital and traditional media effectiveness dataExperience working in or with Marketing teamsDemonstrated ability to develop and deliver persuasive presentations of complex business issues to senior executivesDemonstrated ability to quickly gain a conceptual understanding of a complex situation and establish immediate credibilityRequired EducationBachelor's Degree (or equivalent) with preferred concentration in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Mining, or similar fieldPreferred EducationMaster's Degree (or equivalent) with preferred concentration in Business, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Mining, or similar field.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
